what might "stuck" look like?

Isolated
a 'narrow' social world where home can feel like the only place that is predictable, comfortable and safe.

Overwhelmed
when everyday decisions, routines and
expectations begin to feel
just too big.

What's Next?
when life is
changing or there are choices
to make — and working out what comes next is 'a lot'.
Feeling Stuck does not mean someone is failing -
sometimes it simply means they need a safe connection and the right support to take the next step.

and feeling stuck
is not a
lack of potential
either!
A young person can have hopes, dreams and big ideas for their future — and still find it incredibly difficult to progress...
When decisions feel overwhelming, confidence has been knocked, or the world outside no longer feels safe, even a seemingly small next step can feel enormous.
Families can find themselves caught between wanting to help and not wanting to push or make the journey feel even harder.
sometimes it isn't motivation that's missing...
it may be a safe connection, some practical support, and a caring person ready to work alongside them...
M.A.D. is for young people navigating change, isolation or uncertainty - and for families looking for safe, practical support that helps their loved one work towards goals that matter to them.

connection
first!

From the beginning, we take time to listen, learn what matters and build trust — while working alongside the Young Person on practical goals and next steps.
Connection grows as we
show up consistently and work through things together.

From uncertainty to possibility!
From isolation to connection.
From dependence to growing independence.

but IMAGINE if the Next Step
began to
FEEL POSSIBLE...
A next step might mean exploring work or study, building everyday independence, reconnecting after a long time at home, finding a safe place in the community — or even building a new friendship...

For some young people, leaving home, meeting someone new or
stepping into an unfamiliar environment can make support feel even harder to begin.

decisions, social connection and meaningful next steps —
